Payment

Worldwide customers can pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, & Discovery. You may also pay through PayPal who also accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, & Discovery.

Shipping

All orders are shipped from Chicago, IL through first class mail or priority using the United States Postal Service (USPS) unless otherwise specified. All items are shipped within *2-5 days of payment, with the exception of weekends and holidays (*days do not including USPS time frame)

USPS Service delivers priority mail within 2 to 3 days for USA Customers (in most cases) & provides Saturday delivery. For international customers delivery is *6-14 business days.

* For many major markets. Average number of days may vary based upon origin and destination. Please Note: Delivery time frame is solely based off of USPS website.

Refunds and Exchanges

Items are accepted for exchanges or store credit.

Items are accepted for store credit or exchange within 30 days from purchase. Contact Customer Service at: 773.830.4499 or email us at info@TwiggedOut25. Returned item/s must not be worn, damaged or altered.

Kindly note that Twigged Out 25 does not accept exchanges on custom items.

Damages/Defects: Customer must report damage item/s within 48 hours of the package being delivered. After that time frame unfortunately we will not be able to offer an exchange. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact Customer Service at: 872.216.3068 or email us at info@TwiggedOut25. 

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Returns: Before returning a product for exchange please wait for email confirmation from Twigged Out 25 . You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

*Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

How accurate are the pictures?

We have made every effort to display the colors of our products online as accurately as possible. However, since the actual color you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Are all the pieces handmade?  Yes!  We love handmade.
